Focused on What We Do Best
At BugNix Property Care, we're a locally owned and operated Auckland business with a simple philosophy: focus on what we do best and do it properly.
That's why we have deliberately chosen to specialise in just three core services — Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning and Pest Control. We don't try to do everything.
By keeping our services focused, we can dedicate more time to professional training, the right equipment, proven methods and attention to detail. It allows us to continually improve what we do and provide a service our customers can feel confident choosing.
Locally Owned
& Operated
We are proud to be a local Auckland business, supporting our community and building lasting relationships.
3 Specialised
Services
Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning and Pest Control – that's our focus and our promise to you.
Safe & Responsible
Approach
We use safe, effective methods and responsible products wherever practical to protect your family, pets and property.
Quality You Can
Rely On
We stand by our work and strive to deliver results that exceed expectations, every time.
We have achieved IICRC certification, demonstrating the knowledge and skills required to perform the recognised standard of care within the certification category.
The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is a non-profit organisation serving the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries.
For our customers, this means your carpets are being cared for by someone who has invested in understanding professional cleaning methods — not simply someone with a cleaning machine.
We are taking the same professional approach with pest control.
Our technician is currently completing the NZQA Certificate in Pest Operations (Level 3) – Urban Pest Management, with qualification expected in December 2026.
This ongoing training ensures we use the right techniques and knowledge to provide effective, responsible pest management for your home or business.
Let's take care of your property.
